When I founded Urban FT, I did so with the intent of it being inherently different from the get-go. I was not going to conform to industry complacency that had been driven by legacy methods. I was not going to have Urban FT become just an alternate vendor selected on price, or worse still, for being marginally better than the competition. I fully intended to challenge the status quo no matter how many incumbents that upset along the way. Why? Because I wanted to solve problems that financial institutions and other brands hadn’t yet identified, yet they so desperately and immediately needed to solve for. I wanted them to also have a superior solution of their own that they could be proud to offer. And, I wanted to ensure that at all times we had the best available solutions in the market. So, I took on many unconventional battles along the journey. I may have a few vocal foes, but they pale into insignificance compared to the friends, clients, partners, and users who I’m so happy to create value for. But most of all, I’m proud of the incredible and dedicated team of staff that have got us to where we are today. They are the ones who deliver the Exceptional Outcomes you now expect from us!
